Saskatchewan Bridge Construction

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Carmacks teamed up with WSP to prequalify for the design and construction of the bridge structures included in this contract. The general scope of work for these projects was to demolish and construct new bridges on the existing highway network. The work involved construction of multiple span bridges over three water courses and one structure was constructed over CP rail line. Design work commenced immediately upon award of the contract and construction of the first bridge started in January 2014. Work was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
